The U of M crew let me join them last night to go to Carnivore, a restaurant in Nairobi. I tried ox heart (very good), camel (too tough), crocodile (which tastes fishy!), and a bunch of beef, chicken, pork and lamb. It’s basically like a Brazilian steakhouse, but with eccentric meats. They used to serve game meat (like zebra and giraffe), but that is not allowed anymore.
